Crème Brûlée...We brought it!

Music City Food + Wine was a blast this year and we had lots of action at the Le Sel booth with our mouthwatering mini crème brûlée pots.

Our executive chef Brian Lea, alongside a solid team from the restaurant, was on-site with torches to add the final touch before the eyes of eager MCF+W goers. Our fabulous general manager, Kristina, even tried her hand at brûléeing!

Her feedback? “It’s harder than it looks!

The delicious little bites were well received, and the Le Sel team had a great time amidst culinary friends and MCF+W neighbors, such as Mockingbird and Nikki’s.
