Chef Brian Lea Featured in Bon Appetit Magazine

As a chef who so often creates French fare that requires astute attention to detail and lots of skill and training, we found it oddly comforting to know that, outside of our kitchen, Brian Lea likes to make things easy when it comes to cooking.

Bon Appetit asked him how he would doctor up a frozen pizza (should be ever be in the position to eat one) and his assortment of toppings, from Mexican Chorizo to Feta cheese, made us feel like a chef-quality pizza was not only something an un-trained cook could accomplish, but something in which they could also fully succeed!  

I rarely cook at home, maybe once a week, so it’s not uncommon for me to use items I have at my house to doctor up leftovers…
